Catherine is a real estate lawyer with extensive experience in high end and complex commercial real estate transactions.

Her specialities are major projects, property acquisition and development (commercial, retail, industrial and residential), landlord and tenant leasing (including pre-commitment development leasing), property due diligence, transaction management and implementation. 

She is skilled in documenting, managing, interpreting and implementing complex property arrangements and long term property transactions.

Catherine has broad experience covering dispute resolution, front end construction contracts, corporate and debt finance and procurement.

She has worked both in private practice and in-house for high end brands including roles at Woolworths, McDonalds Australia and Frasers Property.
