Commercial litigation and competition lawyer Tom Jarvis has joined the firm as a partner in the Melbourne office. Characterised by Asia Pacific Legal 500 as “one of Australia’s leading litigators”, he has over 25 years’ experience acting in commercial and civil disputes, with a keen appreciation of political and cultural sensitivities and reputational risk.

Stephen Byrne has joined the firm as a partner based in the Sydney office, and has become a key member of the firm’s projects and construction practice. He specialises in the contracts, project structures, financing, and regulation associated with urban and regional infrastructure, process plants, and the energy & resources sectors.
Highly regarded employment lawyer, Lucienne Mummé, has also joined the firm as a partner in the Melbourne office. Luci has has significant experience in both the private and public sectors and regularly advises clients in the areas of disputes, award and enterprise agreement interpretation, disciplinary and performance management processes, the management of discrimination complaints, executive employment and termination.
Will Coulthard, a construction and infrastructure lawyer specialising in/focusing on energy and resources and public infrastructure, brings his experience in some of Australia’s largest energy and resource projects. He advises principals and contractors in relation to all aspects of projects, including the drafting, tendering, negotiations, administration and dispute resolution associated of construction and infrastructure contracts.
