Roxanne advises primarily in the area of commercial dispute resolution, with a particular emphasis on energy and resources regulation.
She has experience in all court jurisdictions in South Australia and in the Federal and High Courts and in all aspects of alternative dispute resolution.
Roxanne has been involved in various types of commercial disputes including reviews of Regulatory decisions, contract, negligence, misleading and deceptive conduct, misrepresentation, fraud recovery, judicial review and administrative law claims. Roxanne has specialist expertise in economic regulation and has had the conduct of a number of successful appeals to the Australian Competition Tribunal against regulatory decisions.

Acting in Gas Access Arrangement reviews in SA, Qld and Victoria since 2006, including in successful appeals to the Australian Competition Tribunal against AER determinations.
Acting in Regulatory Price Reviews since 2008, including the conduct of successful appeals against AER determinations in the Australia Competition Tribunal.
Acting in the 2005 ESCOSA Electricity Distribution Price Review and in Australian Competition Tribunal proceedings in a review of the AER’s Electricity Distribution Decision 2010-2015. Also acting in numerous native title claims in the Federal Court.
Acted in several confidential arbitrations pursuant to Gas Haulage Agreements.
Acting in large Federal Court proceedings against former directors of Diverse Barrel Solutions and an accounting firm in relation to misleading and deceptive conduct and negligence claims.
