Deborah Overstead Special Counsel

Deborah is a corporate and commercial lawyer with over 20 years’ specialist experience in finance and securities across a number of industry sectors, including financial services, property development, agriculture, mining, energy and resources.

Deborah assists clients by providing commercially practical advice in relation to project and infrastructure financing, property financing, construction and development, structured asset financings, financing of business acquisitions and debt restructurings/workouts. Deborah acts for both borrowers and lenders. She also has expertise in advisory and transactional roles for the government and public sector, including GOCs.
