Chairman Tony is the Chairman of Johnson Winter & Slattery and one of the founding partners of the firm. With over thirty years' experience, he has worked extensively in the corporate advisory area with particular emphasis on dispute resolution. Tony deals with contentious matters specialising in the banking, resources and corporate sectors. He also advises on directors' responsibilities and corporate governance, professional and directors' liability and risk management strategies. Tony has had significant experience as a director of a number of public and large private companies. He is a past member of the Council of the Law Society and is currently a Governor and Vice President of the Medical Foundation of the University of Adelaide. He has lectured and examined at the University of Adelaide in commercial and corporate law. |
