Partner Peter's role is that of in-house counsel, focusing on drafting and settling complex dispute related opinions and pleadings. He has acted in significant dispute matters across Australia including: • the Estate Mortgage litigation in the Supreme Court of Victoria, one of the first 'paperless' trials in Australia • large scale civil claims for damages under Part IV of the Trade Practices Act in the Federal Court in Sydney • the Rothwells litigation in WA. Peter has particular interest in the use of technology to manage documents and information cost-effectively and efficiently during the course of litigation. |
