Special Counsel
Michelle practises primarily in corporate law, with a particular emphasis on corporate transactional and commercial work in the finance and funds management sectors.

Prior to joining Johnson Winter & Slattery she held the role of Senior Corporate Counsel with Allco Finance Group Limited and Corporate Counsel at Carnegie, Wylie & Company Pty Limited where she worked on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, capital raisings, asset and share acquisitions and private equity investments, as well as the establishment of complex investment funds.

Michelle’s early years as a practitioner were spent with leading commercial firms in Sydney and London.
