Michele practises primarily in the area of competition law, particularly relating to the restrictive trade practices and consumer protection provisions of the Trade Practices Act. She advises clients on areas including mergers and acquisitions, contentious and non-contentious dealings with the ACCC, Federal Court litigation and the development of trade practices compliance programs.

Michele has particular experience in complex and difficult mergers and alliances requiring competition authority approval, authorisation and Competition Tribunal review. She is highly skilled in aviation and transport industry work.
