Partner Kerry practises in the area of mergers and acquisitions, corporate and securities law and general commercial law. Her experience includes involvement in major corporate mergers, acquisitions and disposals of assets and businesses, takeovers, capital raisings, the negotiation and documenting of a broad range of commercial documents and general advice in relation to corporate and commercial matters. Kerry has advised ASX listed and private businesses in a diverse range of industry sectors, including biotechnology, cement and concrete products, banking, grain handling, liquor wholesaling, steel manufacturing, packaging, wine transport and logistics, defence systems and V8 car racing.
