Kate has broad experience providing strategic advice to corporate clients predominantly in regulated sectors including media, banking and property. Her practice includes risk management and dispute resolution. Kate also advises in relation to regulator inquiries and investigations and is experienced in managing outcomes through regulatory processes.

Kate practises in public and private international law and she has expertise in complex jurisdictional issues for both domestic and international clients including novel proceedings concerning publication on the internet for US based Dow Jones.

Kate was Associate to the former Chief Justice of Australia, Sir Gerard Brennan AC KBE and has previously worked for Sullivan and Cromwell in New York where she was admitted to the New York Bar.

Kate is a part-time Judicial Member of the New South Wales Administrative Decisions Tribunal.
