Partner James is a leading energy and resources lawyer whose expertise encompasses resource exploration, production, processing, haulage and shipping and sale. He has been involved in a number of substantial energy acquisitions and divestments in Australia and overseas. James also has extensive experience with non-energy related corporate dealings, including the preparation and negotiation of a broad range of commercial documents and involvement in public securities offerings. He advises on corporate and commercial matters for ASX listed companies and private companies, as well as statutory corporations. James has lectured in Securities Law for the Securities Institute of Australia and is a member of the Australian Mining and Petroleum Law Association Limited. |
