Christine specialises in intellectual property and technology and trade practices law. Her intellectual property and technology experience includes technology licensing and service agreements for major software vendors and clients acquiring technology products. Christine has represented government bodies in major IT tenders and contracts.

Christine has advised on a variety of complex intellectual property issues and represented clients in major intellectual property disputes. She has been involved in the ongoing representation of a multinational corporation in the maritime defence industry in complex IP disputes and negotiations of international IP contracts.

Christine works with clients on product development and product launches, advising on packaging, labelling, mandatory standards, brand protection, vetting of advertising and the drafting of manufacturing, licensing, distribution and service agreements.
