He has extensive expertise in commercial dispute resolution including contractual disputes, negligence claims, misleading and deceptive conduct issues as well as intellectual property claims, directors and professional liability claims, insurance coverage disputes, property & leasing, shareholder disputes, product liability, distribution disputes, and insolvency recoveries.
