Catie is an experienced commercial lawyer specialising in the area of infrastructure and transport projects.

Her specialised knowledge has been acquired from a variety of diverse roles she has held including, most recently, as a director of the management consulting firm Saha International where she provided strategic and commercial advice across a range of Melbourne based transport and infrastructure projects to clients such as Department of Transport, Yarra Trams and Transport Ticketing Authority.

Catie also has in-house experience having held the role of General Counsel at GTL Resources plc, a company involved in the development of a number of greenfield methanol projects in various jurisdictions including the Burrup Peninsula in Western Australia, Oman, China and the USA. Her role included internal corporate governance including undertaking the company secretarial function, negotiating the agreements and review of associated documentation required for a number of capital raisings and the legal and commercial project management of large projects being undertaken by GTL.
