Career and Professional development

At Johnson Winter & Slattery we believe that a diverse range of legal experiences helps to develop the legal and commercial skills required to provide sound valuable counsel. 
We also believe that a broad base of experience during a lawyer's formative years is a necessary foundation for later specialisation. For that reason we do not confine our graduates to particular practice areas. 

As our lawyers become more experienced they will be constantly challenged by the complex commercial transactions and disputes in which they are involved.  The training and support received through working with senior lawyers in small teams is supplemented by our customised training programs and our formal professional development program.
