Megan is an energy and resources lawyer focusing on M&A and other commercial transactions within the energy and resources sector.  

She has advised leading Australian and global producers, as well as financial sponsors focused on global energy transition investment, on domestic and cross-border transactions.

Megan has specialist knowledge of joint venture, infrastructure, and commodity sales and royalty arrangements found in complex energy and resources sector projects.  She has experience advising on transactions involving critical minerals, renewables and energy technology and storage.
