Jee-Seon Lee has been appointed a Partner (Corporate / Energy & Natural Resources) as of 1 July 2009. Jee-Seon practises primarily in the area of corporate and regulatory issues and energy and resources projects.
Richard McMullan has been appointed a Partner (Corporate) as of 1 July 2009. Richard practises primarily in the areas of general corporate law, managed investment schemes, fundraising, ASX listings, mergers and acquisitions, financial services, joint ventures and shareholders agreements.
Kerry Morrow has been appointed a Partner (Corporate) as of 1 July 2009. Kerry practises primarily in the area of mergers and acquisitions, corporate and securities law and general commercial law.
Paul Svilans has been appointed a Partner (Dispute Resolution – Media) as of 1 July 2009. Paul practises primarily in the area of commercial dispute resolution, with particular emphasis on defamation, copyright and trade practices issues.
Ben Renfrey has been appointed a Senior Associate (Dispute Resolution / Insolvency) as of 9 July 2009. Natalie Tan has been appointed a Senior Associate (Energy & Natural Resources) as of 1 July 2009.

Andrew Wilton has been appointed a Senior Associate (Energy & Natural Resources) as of 1 July 2009.
