Johnson Winter & Slattery appointments

Jee-Seon Lee has been appointed a Partner (Corporate / Energy & Natural Resources) as of 1 July 2009. Jee-Seon practises primarily in the area of corporate and regulatory issues and energy and resources projects. Richard McMullan has been appointed a Partner (Corporate) as of 1 July 2009. Richard practises primarily in the areas of general corporate law, managed investment schemes, fundraising, ASX listings, mergers and acquisitions, financial services, joint ventures and shareholders agreements.
