Peter is a corporate lawyer specialising in servicing the energy and resources sector, offering particular expertise in construction in the oil and gas industry.
He assists clients with acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, farm ins, capital raising, debt finance, construction and project development.
Peter has advised on a variety of large construction projects including offshore construction and installation of liquids, gas and LNG facilities. He also has advised on the construction and leasing of several FPSOs.

Advised on the sale of 30% of the Nova-Bollinger nickel copper project for $230 million.
Advised on farm out of WA-408-P interests to Murphy Oil and Santos and joint operating agreement, advised on Ichthys Project and GLNG Project.
Advised on farmout of a 35% interest in Brazil blocks to Pacific Rubiales for up to US$210 million.
