Peter is a corporate lawyer specialising in servicing the energy and resources sector, offering particular expertise in construction in the oil and gas industry.

He assists clients with acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, farm ins, capital raising, debt finance, construction and project development.

Peter has advised on a variety of large construction projects including offshore construction and installation of liquids, gas and LNG facilities. He also has advised on the construction and leasing of several FPSOs.

GB Energy Holdings Limited

Advised on the development of its landmark underground gas storage project in Gippsland, Victoria.

Mark Creasy

Advised on the sale of 30% of the Nova-Bollinger nickel copper project for $230 million.

BC Iron

Acted for BC Iron on the acquisition of a 25% interest in the Nullagine Joint Venture from FMG for $190 million.
