We recruit at a graduate level each year. The primary criterion for assessment of graduate applications is outstanding academic achievement, excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated interest in commercial law. Many of our graduates are recruited through our seasonal clerkship program.

While we promote and develop lawyers from within the firm, we also recruit experienced lawyers from time to time when we have specific needs in a practice area.
